See the Trailer for Suzie Halewood's Sci-Fi Film "DIVISION 19"

Hola Dannie aqui,

The folks at Uncork'd Entertainment released a trailer for writer/director Suzie Halewood's new sci-fi film "DIVISION 19." Some of you may know of Halewood from her work on "Bigga Than Ben," "Running Time," as well as her short films "Two Minute Warning," and "Rocket Man II." "DIVISION 19" did well touring the festival circuit and garnered several awards. At the Boston Science Fiction Film Festival, it won for Best Director. The word from the fests is always reassuring.

"DIVISION 19" is described on IMDB as-
"2039. Jails have been turned into online portals where the public gets to choose what prisoners eat, wear, watch and who they fight. So successful is Panopticon TV, it is about to be rolled out to a whole town, providing subscribers even more choice."

Here is the trailer for Suzie Halewood's "DIVISION 19" enjoy.

"DIVISION 19" stars Linus Roache ("Mandy," "Batman Begins," and "The Chronicles of Riddick"), Alison Doody (the evil Elsa from "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade," "A View To Kill," and "Major League II"), Will Rothhaar ("Killing Kennedy," "Battle Los Angeles," and televisions "GRIMM"), Jamie Draven ("Billy Elliot" and "Badland"), L. Scott Caldwell ("The Fugitive," "The Net," "Dragonfly," and televisions "LOST"), Lotte Verbeek ("The Fault In Our Stars," "Nothing Personal," and "The Last Witch Hunter"), and Clark Peters ("Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri," "John Wick," and televisions "The Wire").

"DIVISION 19" is set to hit select US theaters as well as being released on VOD on April 5th. What do all of you out there in Geeklandia think of the trailer? Any of you interested? I will watch it, it has been a while since I saw Alison Doody on screen and I am always up for sci-fi. The trailer didn't leave the impression this will be great but, hey it could be a fun one to watch with friends while having a couple of brewskies.
