Rami Malek, who is currently most well known for killing as Freddie Mercury in the Queen biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody, is in on track to be the next Bond villain.
According to Collider, Malek team at WME has negotiated a shooting schedule that will allow him to work on Bond 25 while also finished the final season for the USA Network TV series, Mr. Robot.
Few details are available as to what we can expect from Rami Malek as a bond bad guy. Though rumors say he will be a blind man. Writer-director Cary Joji Fukunaga has also eyed Black Panther’s Lupita Nyong’o for key role.
Bond 25 is expected to be Daniel Craig’s last hurrah as Agent 007. Co-stars Lea Seydoux, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw and Ralph Fiennes will also be returning to the fold.
Bond 25 is slated for release in the US on August 20, 2020 through MGM.
