2018 has been a very prolific year for Nicolas Cage. He has had four films released: MOM AND DAD, LOOKING GLASS, 211, and MANDY.
Two of those films have earned Cage some of his best reviews in years. Those two being MOM AND DAD (My Review) and MANDY (My Review). The other two... not so much.
Where will Cage's fifth one, BETWEEN WORLDS fall on that spectrum? It's hard to say but our very own 'Big Eyes' saw the movie last month at this year's Fantastic Fest. She called it a "supernatural episode of JERRY SPRINGER." Which sounds fun to me. Her spoiler-based review of the film can be read HERE.
Soon though, we'll all get a chance to check the film out but for now we have our first look at footage from it in the form of the just released trailer:
Well, it looks like B.E. may have been spot on with her description. I'll definitely be watching this piece of cinematic weirdness. I will ALWAYS give Nicolas Cage movies a chance.
