A red band trailer for Shane Black's "THE PREDATOR" film came out and holy shit, the Predator brought his puppies! That's right, there are predator pups! This latest trailer fleshes out the storyline a bit more giving us a further look at the ragtag group of crazies on the bus, and a shit tone of action. From what I saw in the trailer things do not look optimistic for the human characters.
20th Century Fox describes the film as-
"From the outer reaches of space to the backwoods of southern Georgia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black’s explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before. And only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and an evolutionary biology professor can prevent the end of the human race."
I am hoping this newest and fifth addition to the "Predator" film franchise will be a terrifying thrill ride with an enthralling story, so far it looks like the flick will be a fun time. We shall have to wait and see, to tide us over until then here is the trailer.
The film stars Boyd Holbrook, Trevante Rhodes, Jacob Tremblay, Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Munn, Sterling K. Brown, Alfie Allen, Thomas Jane, Augusto Aguilera, Jake Busey, and Yvonne Strahovski.
What did all of you out there in Geeklandia think of the newest trailer? I have to say I was immediately delighted when they revealed Predator's pack of human hunting hounds, however, to be honest, I don't know if I like the supersized Predator. I hope this film is fun, "THE PREADTOR" is set to slaughter theatergoers on September 14th.
