Freddy Beans here with a trailer for BOOGEYMAN POP which looks like a mish-mash of all types of older horror movies.
BOOGEYMAN POP is director Brad Michael Elmore’s sophomore effort after THE WOLFMAN’S HAMMER, which I will now seek out after watching this trailer.
M. C. Gainey, James Paxton, and Alixandra Von Renner star in this one which has overtones of so many horror movies it’s like a KUNG FURY for the darker purveyors. OK, I’m also really hopeful lately on any new horror movie. It feels like a renaissance of sorts for the shadowy stuff, I can’t even keep up.
Anyone else excited for BOOGEYMAN POP?
Running at 120 minutes I doubt it’s teeming with too much fluff before it thankfully gets to the good stuff. Death and mayhem and all that.
