Hey folks, some "Stranger Things" news just a few days after the 2nd-year anniversary...
The Stranger Things Twitter account just posted an 80's-riffic promotional video for the latest addition to Hawkins, Indiana... the Starcourt mall... and it includes a brief glimpse at Steve's job ("Scoops Ahoy", an ice-cream vendor) and his coworker, Robin (played by Maya Hawke, daughter of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke who played Jo in last year's BBC adaptation of "Little Women"). I love Steve's expression after his line delivery. "I fought monsters, man. What the hell am I doing here?" Here's hoping Robin and Steve have some chemistry after Nancy left him for Jonathan last season while he was playing a most excellent den mom for Mike and the gang.
The level of detail in this is great. The Gap before they were 'leet, Sam Goody, and Waldenbooks! Check out the eighties hipster dancing to his Walkman in the mall!
