Mass Hysteria! Dogs and Cats living together in the trailer for "A Discovery of Witches"!

Hey folks, here's a trailer for Bad Wolf's "A Discovery of Witches"!

The series is based on Deborah Harkness' 2011 novel about Diana Bishop, a non-practicing, anti-magic witch who stumbles upon a mystery involving Diana's discovery of a long-lost book, which brings her into the orbit of Matthew Clairmont, a vampire, and the two are drawn to each other. As in the UNDERWORLD movies, love between these two magical species is a dark taboo. Teresa Palmer (LIGHTS OUT) plays the heroine, with Matthew Goode (WATCHMEN) as Clairmont, and Owen Teale ("Game of Thrones") as Peter Knox, a top witch desperate to get his hands on Diana's book. Alex Kingston ("Doctor Who") plays Diana's aunt Sarah, and Valarie Pettiford ("The Blacklist") plays Sarah's partner and Diana's co-guardian.
I've not read the All Souls trilogy. In doing some research, though, I've found some pretty good arguments for this series by people bored of the tropes of reluctant witches and instant love affairs, so I'm interested in seeing what it produces when I visit the U.K. again this fall.
Produced for Sky One in the UK, "A Discovery of Witches" does not yet have a U.S. home.
