Hola Dannie aqui,
Today we have a trailer for "BREAKING HABITS" a controversial documentary on the Sisters of the Valley. What makes these nuns so scandalous? Well, they believe in plant-based medicine and this includes the devil's lettuce, that's right folks reefer, the cannabis plant. The trailer brings up the heated debate in our country as to whether or not marijuana has any medicinal value. These sisters consider cannabis a god given herb and believe in the therapeutic and healing properties of the plant.
Here is the smoke-a-rrific trailer-
I found this trailer "highly" enthralling, and look forward to learning more about the Sisters of the Valley. The documentary is written and directed by Robert Ryan who brought us the television documentary series "Human Race" and "Football Magic." The film seems to mainly revolve around Sister Kate who seems to be the marijuana matriarch of the sisterhood. The dangers the sisters face from the government, law enforcement, and the criminal underground are only obstacles. Their faith, knowledge, and union seem unbreakable from what we see in the trailer. I can not wait to review this one, I also am very curious as to y'alls stance on the "issue." I personally believe marijuana is a hell of a lot safer than XANAX, alcohol, sugar and a ton of other substances. I have seen first hand the relief it gives to people with cancer, burns, PTSD, gastrointestinal issues, glaucoma, AIDS, oh geez to think of it... Yeah, I stand on the "Legalize it, don't Criticize it" Peter Tosh side of the fence, where do you stand?
