Hello all, Mad Dashiell here and today we have a news story for you its gonna be fabulous. Its gonna be the biggest, best film in fact because I know stories. Knowbody knows movies like... By now you probably see where I'm going with this.

Gabe Sherman, the journalist responsible for writing The Loudest Voice in the Room, How the Brilliant Bombastic Roger Ailes Built Fox News--And Divided a Country, the definitive book on Roger Ailes and Fox News has been selected to pen an original screenplay called The Apprentice.
This self-inflating tale will explore how young Donny Trump happened onto the unlikely path of becoming the President of the United States. In theory, the screenplay will offer glimpses into the story of Trump’s rise to fame and power incorporating the perspectives of many of Trumps early life-changing influences such as his mentor and Roy Cohn. Amy Baer will be producing the film project through Gidden Media(Her company). The writer, Gabe Sherman is a correspondent for Vanity Fair, and will also get a slice of the action as executive producer.
“As a journalist, I’ve reported on Donald Trump for more than 15 years,” Gabe mentioned and went on to say- “I’ve long been fascinated by his origin story as a young builder coming up in the gritty world of 1970s and ’80s New York. This formative period tells us so much about the man who today occupies the Oval Office.”

(He's got that preternatural journalist look in his eyes, that's what they're looking for at the top)
Haven't had enough yet?
Sherman is also making his 2014 biography on Ailes and the Faux News Biopic, The Loudest Voice in the Room, into a series on Showtime. Spotlight director Tom McCarthy and Blumhouse Television are executive producing the project by the name Secure and Hold: The Last Days of Roger Ailes, it is currently in developmental phases.
