Hey folks... here's a trailer for LEAVE NO TRACE, based on a Peter Rock novel, and written and directed by Debra Granik (WINTER'S BONE). Looks a little like THE GLASS CASTLE meets INTO THE WILD.
LEAVE NO TRACE stars Ben Foster (THE MESSENGER, THE PUNISHER) and Thomasin McKenzie (CONSENT: THE LOUISE NICHOLAS STORY) as Will and Tom, a father and daughter living off the grid in a national park, who are forced to return to society when police capture them. As Tom begins to make the best of this new life, Will's PTSD begins to push back on their plans.
I didn't see THE GLASS CASTLE last year, despite liking Brie Larson and Woody Harrelson. Something about the time-forward story (Larson's part) killed my interest. But this looks interesting.
LEAVE NO TRACE will be in limited release on June 29th, 2018.
