Well folks, today brought us the trailer for Eli Roth's first children's film... Yes, you heard that correctly Eli motherfucking gore and horror hound Roth who has been grossing us all out since his bloody flesh fest that was "Cabin Fever" and the "Hostel" films has made a film for the kiddos. Roth is tackling John Bellairs creepy and magical classic "The House with a Clock in Its Walls." The film stars Jack Black ("School of Rock" and "King Kong"), Cate Blanchette ("Thor: Ragnarok" and "Elizabeth" ), Kyle MacLachlan ("Dune," "Blue Velvet," and "Twin Peaks"), Renee Elise Goldsberry ("Star Trek: Enterprise"), and Owen Vaccaro ("Daddy's Home"). I think that trailer was impressive, interesting and had a definite creep factor. It looks as though Eli has stepped his game up quite a bit with this film, the cinematography and feel of the trailer is a massive step in Roth's ever-maturing movie making magic. Good job Eli I am very excited to see you make millions of children vomit and cry. Hopefully, this will be a beautiful nightmare maker! "The House with a Clock in Its Walls" is set to torture Boils and Ghouls on September 21st of this year. Man oh man I can not wait to see this one!
