Been feeling sick, but I came out of the haze to an texted link to Ága. I love films that place you in a world different from the one out my front door. Today it was only foggy. But in Ága, it is an ice world. No people. Just living each day to stay alive. Dad tells me he should show me Nanook of the North, but this film which features a modern day Nanook struggling to survive in the changing environment. The trailer is stunning all on its own.
Isn't that the best? No social media, no flood of opinions to contaminate your thoughts. Just you and your huney and fresh grub! The film got top marks out of Berlin's Film Fest, but as of yet, doesn't have release plans for us poor slobs. Fingers crossed!
