A trailer for "THE NEIGHBOR" a film directed by Aaron Harvey ("Catch .44,") who also penned the script with Richard Byard. Byard has shined as an editor in showbiz and this is his debut as a writer. The film stars William Fichtner ("Black Hawk Down," "Crash," and most recently "12 STRONG"), Jessica McNamee ("Battle of the Sexes" and "The Vow"), and Jean Louisa Kelly ("Uncle Buck" and "Mr. Holland's Opus").
