Hey folks, Harry here... I put SADAKO VS KAYAKO on my favorite ten horror films I saw in 2016 - and I do need to put a caveat on that. I saw that film at FANTASTIC FEST at Midnight... That experience was sheer bliss. The audience was screaming, laughing and giggling all over this movie. It was a very enhanced by the theatrical experience, but I've seen it since then, and it absolutely held up, but man, when an audience gets exactly what they were wanting - and don't get me wrong, there's a silliness to this movie that makes me wish that ASH just showed up all of the sudden. And if that did happen... you wouldn't be terribly surprised in this film, cuz it is all kinds of crazy.
Also, what happens after the moment at the well you see in this trailer... Such a great WTF moment - can't wait for you to see it. I just wish it had a wide release theatrically - cuz that's the best way to see this one. If you have SHUDDER, invite all your horror loving friends over. Drink Sake everytime you see a ghost and you'll love it!
