Andrew Stanton's John Carter of Mars filming this November?!?

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Can it really be true? Is JOHN CARTER OF MARS actually going to happen after 70+ years of failed attempts by everyone from Bob Clampett to Ray Harryhausen, John McTiernan, Jon Favreau, Robert Rodriguez and Kerry Conran? Looks likely. According to this story in the Salt Lake Tribune it looks like Andrew Stanton and Disney have picked Utah as their location for Mars (and presumably the American South for the Civil War stuff) and they're aiming to spend roughly 45 days there between November '09 and July '10. The article mentions that Lake Powell, made famous in Planet of the Apes, is one of the many locations around the state that will be utilized. If you've read Edgar Rice Burroughs' books, I think this should make you very, very happy. I'm dying to see what a live action Andrew Stanton film looks like and can't wait to finally see these amazing sci-fi/fantasty/adventure stories realized on the silver screen!
