De Niro and Pacino together again? In a cat and mouse serial killer flick!?!?

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Count me excited about this one. Definitely... I love me a good cat and mouse movie and this one sounds great. Jon Avnet is producing a flick called RIGHTEOUS KILL with Robert De Niro and Al Pacino playing NY detectives both hunting a serial killer. Russell Gerwitz (INSIDE MAN) wrote the script and the movie is being funded independently. Great, great news, especially since they're assuring the public that Pacino and De Niro share the screen for most of the movie, unlike their other pairings which have either resulted in no shared scenes or a single sequence (HEAT). I loved INSIDE MAN and I want Pacino and De Niro to be awesome again. I have high hopes for the project.
