The final trailer for the Netflix original EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE premiered during Sunday's Emmy awards. Now it's available online.
Last we saw of Pinkman he was freed from his imprisonment at the biker meth compound by Walter White. After pulling a Slave Leia and using his chains to strangle his captor, Jesse hops in an El Camino and hauls ass into the night. EL CAMINO picks up right afterwards.
We get a physically and emotionally scarred Jesse Pinkman dealing with life as America's most wanted, reuniting with Skinny Pete and Badger, a desert burial, and a showdown with a mystery man.
The first teaser didn't really do much for me. I was happy with Pinkman escaping into the desert and just leaving it at that. This trailer, with the mystery man, and the burial, has piqued my interest.
Last year at this time BETTER CALL SAUL was wrapping up its' fourth season. Slippin' Jimmy has officially become Saul Goodman, and the show is ready to enter the BREAKING BAD timeline.
Filming for season five has already wrapped, so expect a release date announcement after EL CAMINO. Possibly early 2020.
