See Brian De Palma's "DOMINO" Trailer Stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Carice van Houten, & Guy Pearce!

Hola Dannie aqui,

Today the good folks at Saban Films released a trailer for Brian De Palma's latest film "DOMINO." De Palma is known for his work on "Murder à la Mod," "Greetings," "The Wedding Party," "Get to Know Your Rabbit," "Sisters," "Phantom of the Paradise," "Obsession," 1976's "Carrie," "The Fury," "Home Movies," "Dressed to Kill," "Blow Out," "Scarface," "Body Double," "Wise Guys," "The Untouchables," "Casualties of War," "Raising Cain" "The Bonfire of the Vanities," "Raising Cain," "Carlito's Way," 1996's "Mission: Impossible," "Snake Eyes," "Mission to Mars," "Femme Fatale," "The Black Dahlia," "Redacted," and "Passion."  De Palma's career is one I have followed throughout my life. I grew up watching his films, and I am truly excited to see anything and everything he does, several of the films I mentioned above are very dear to my heart, such as "Phantom of the Paradise," "Blow Out," "Casualties of War" (a truly traumatizing film), and I even love the draft dodging film "Greetings." Of course "Scarface," "Carrie," "Carlito's Way," "The Untouchables," etc... are all classics, but the earlier works are just as good. Watching all of his films you see him progress as a director and it is an educational journey in cinematic evolution that I highly recommend taking. Also, De Palma is listed on IMDB as director of a new "PREDATOR" film, no it's not a film about the alien prize hunter, bummer I know. De Palma's "Predator" will be about a corrupt movie mogul, I am guessing this will probably be based on the Harvey Weinstein scandal. That is just my best guess.

Back to the subject at hand, "DOMINO."

"DOMINO" is written by Petter Skavlan, the man behind such films as  "The 12th Man," "Kon-Tiki," "Sophie's World," "Sweetwater," and TV's "Sofies Verden."

Saban Films describes Brian De Palma's "DOMINO" as-

"In a world wracked by terror and suspicion, Copenhagen police officer, Christian (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), seeks justice for his partner’s murder by an ISIS member named Imran. On the hunt for the killer, Christian and a fellow cop are unwittingly caught in a cat and mouse chase with a duplicitous CIA agent (Guy Pearce) who is using Imran as a pawn to trap other ISIS members. Soon Christian is racing against the clock – not only seeking revenge, but to save his own life."

Here is the trailer for Brian De Palma's "DOMINO" enjoy.

De Palma's "DOMINO" stars Nikolaj Coster-Waldau ("Game of Thrones," "Oblivion," "Gods of Egypt," "Nightwatch," "Black Hawk Down," and "At Worlds End"), Carice van Houten ("Game of Thrones," "Black Book," "Valkyrie," and "The Glass Room"), and Guy Pearce ("Momento," "L.A. Confidential," "The Rover," and most recently "Mary Queen of Scots").

De Palma's "DOMINO" is set to hit theaters and be available On Demand on May 31st. What do all of you think of De Palmas latest, did you like the trailer? What are your favorite and least favorite De Palma films? It is far to difficult for me to choose! I thought the trailer was alright until I get my peepers on the actual movie I am reframing from judgment. So I will be checking this one out as soon as possible to let everyone know whether De Palma is on or off of his game. Either way, his track record is impressive and worth massive respect and kudos. Well, let us know what you think!
