Sunday Brings
TWIN PEAKS 3.11!!

I am – Hercules!!

Showtime says of 3.11:

“There’s fire where you are going.”

Previously. On “Twin Peaks.”

* IF ONLY SHE USED EMAIL. Richard Horne learns Miriam Hodges (or possible Miriam Sullivan) already wrote a letter to Sheriff Truman telling him everything she knows. Richard promptly kills Miriam and asks Deputy Chad to intercept her letter.

* TRAILER TROUBLE. Carl Rodd sings a Gene Autry tune then listens to Steven Burnett (Caleb Landry Jones) berate wife Becky (Amanda Seyfried) regarding her poor wages.

* OW! Showgirl Candy smacks casino owner Rodney Mitchum in the face with a TV remote.

* LOST WEIGHT. Dr. Ben (John Billingsly, who played Dr. Phlox on “Star Trek Enterprise”) removes “Dougie Jones’” shirt, sending Janey Jones into heat.

* BREAKING NEWS. The Mitchum Bros. learn that Ike “The Spike” Stadtler has been arrested for trying to kill Dougie “Mr. Jackpots” Jones.

* MARITAL AID. Janey Jones wakes Sonny Jim as she bones a delirious “Dougie.”

* DR. AMP. Nadine Hurley watches Dr. Jakoby rant about “saving the children” and digging out of “the shit.”

* JERRY. “You can’t fool me!!” Jerry Horne screams into the woods.

* FEDERAL CRIME. As a suspicious Lucy watches, Deputy Chad intercepts the letter from the late Miriam Hodges. (Or Miriam Sinclair, if one can trust the end credits.)

* CUNT! “Hello, Johnny! How are you today?” repeats a grotesque British Teddy Bulb as Richard Horne strangles, robs and hurls profanities at grandmother Sylvia Horne.

* TODD ASSIGNS SINCLAIR. “They got Ike,” Roger informs Duncan Todd (Patrick Fischler). “Do you recall my business rivals and bitter enemies The Mitchum Brothers?” Todd asks Dougie Jones co-worker Anthony Sinclair (Tom Sizemore). “You’re going to visit the brothers now. You’re going to pin the blame for the insurance claim that we conspired to deny for them a loss of 30 million that hit them hard on the back of Douglas Jones. You’re going to convince them that Mr. Jones has it out for the brothers. A personal vendetta. Then we’re gonna sit back and we’re gonna watch as the Mitchum Bros. take care of our Mr. Jones problem. If you fail to deliver on this then you’re going to have to kill Mr. Jones yourself.”

* ALBERT & CONSTANCE. Special agents Tammy Preston and Gordon Cole spy on Albert Rosenfield (the late Miguel Ferrer) and Buckhorn CSI Constance Talbot (Jane Adams), who are having an animated conversation over dinner.

* SINCLAIR AT THE SILVER MUSTANG. The Mitchum Bros. try to dispatch the near-catatonic Candy to escort Anthony Sinclair to the Silver Mustang Casino’s security office. “Douglas Jones seems to have a personal vendetta against you,” Sinclair tells the Mitchums. “You have an enemy in Douglas Jones.”

* The Mitchum Bros. declare their intent to set up a meeting with Douglas Jones. “You’re dead,” Bradley Mitchum tells an absent Jones.

* DIANE REVEALED. A knock on the door interrupts Gordon Cole’s attempt to sketch what looks like a small animal with huge antlers. When he opens his door, Gordon is confronted by a vision of a bawling Laura Palmer. As the vision fades, Cole invites Albert in. Albert informs Gordon that Diane secretly texted “Cooper” this message: “They have Hastings. They’re going to take him to the site.” (Hastings, of course, is the Matthew Lillard character who encountered Garland Briggs in another dimension.)

* “COOPER” AND THE GLASS BOX. Tammy arrives with a photo in hand. “You remember the penthouse murders in New York City?” she asks. “This was just found on one of the earliest cards.” The photo depicts “Cooper” standing next to (or in) the glass box that contained both the real Cooper and the deadly Experiment. “Damn!” exclaims Gordon. “This is something.”

* BEN HORNY. “You’re going to make this up to me,” says Sylvia Horne, informing Ben Horne that grandson Richard Horne made off with thousands of dollars. “I’m calling my lawyer right now.” A distraught Ben invites Beverly to dinner. (Ben might also be Donna Hayward’s biological father.)

* LOG. “Laura is the one,” the Log Lady tells Deputy Hawk Hill.

* NO STARS. Moby accompanies Rebekah Del Rio (who sang a Spanish version of Roy Orbison’s “Crying” in “Mulholland Drive”).
