Vanity Fair shows off a bunch of STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI images, including our first look at Phasma without her helmet!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I love the Vanity Fair Star Wars reveals. I really do. Call me nostalgic, but as much as the prequels pissed me off I always relished seeing my first real deal detailed glimpses at those movies through Annie Leibovitz's lens.

She worked her magic for The Force Awakens and now once again is returning to give us some early insight into Rian Johnson's The Last Jedi.

We won't get the full scope of images just yet. They promise more stuff tomorrow, but right now Vanity Fair has released their four different cover images that shows us Luke and Rey together, Poe, Finn and newcomer Rose together, Kylo, Hux and Phasma (in character, with her helmet off) together and a stand alone for Carrie Fisher's General Leia.

Let's take a look:

Yep, Rey and Luke looking all serious together. I'm into it. Next is Leia.

I love how regal she looks here. I can't wait to see what Leia is up to in this, her final outing in the Star Wars universe.

Here we have Finn, Poe and Rose, the new character played by Kelly Marie Tran. Based on what Johnson said at Celebration it seems like these three spend a lot of quality time together in the movie and that makes me super happy. I'm always down for some more Finn/Poe bromance!

And the Dark Side gets their time to shine as well. Most interestingly we see Phasma de-helmeted (and holding some kind of spear thing, I notice). Sure, it's pretty much just Gwendoline Christie without any flourishes, but it's good to know we might get the chance to see her emote a bit and not just be the imposing chrome-faced baddie.

Cool stuff so far. Can't wait to see what more comes out over the next few days!
