Paul Feig to make SUPERMODEL SNOWPOCALYPSE (based on a true story!)

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. THR has the scoop on Paul Feig's next project and it sounds pretty crazy. Earlier this year ELLE MAGAZINE wrote about an insane week in 1977 that saw a bunch of supermodels (including Jerry Hall) getting trapped in a Ski Lodge in Chile during a massive snow storm.

This is a story of a bunch of beautiful people who party in the face of certain death and it actually happened! Paul Feig read the story and went after the rights.

You can immediately understand Feig's interest when you read the original story. This is right up his alley and is so chock full of '70s decadence that his particular brand of comedy won't need to stretch too far to accurately replicate the events.

I'm not sure if this will be his next film or if it's something he'll be developing for a bit, but either way I think it sounds like it could be pretty awesome.
