At 11:30 p.m. NBC has slapped together an SNL clip show highlighting the performances of Prince, who appeared Feb. 21, 1981 (Charlene Tilton), Sept. 24, 1989 (15th anniversary special), Feb. 4, 2006 (Steve Martin) and Nov. 1, 2014 (Chris Rock).
The title of Rachel Feinstein’s new stand-up special is “Only Whores Wear Purple.” Too soon!
