I adore STAR WARS: REBELS, and the first season ended spectacularly, with an appearance from an old friend from THE CLONE WARS - Ahsoka Tano. But Season 2 will bring us a conflict that has been brewing since the final season of THE CLONE WARS, as the above poster indicates - a battle between Ahsoka and her former mentor turned Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader (with legendary actor James Earl Jones returning as the voice of Darth Vader).
I've been devouring everything new in STAR WARS lately, including the comics, which have all been fantastic. Even the Kanan comic is terrific so far. I feel so confident that the Saga is in great hands, and this animated show is no exception. I hope for the best for Ahsoka, but considering we haven't seen her in more recent canon... it doesn't look good. Here's the trailer for Season 2, which premiered at Star Wars Celebration today:
Can't wait. That Vader/Kanan/Ezra duel looks sick.
