A trailer has dropped for AMERICAN HEIST, a new action flick starring Adrien Brody and Hayden Christensen. The two play brothers from the wrong side of the tracks - Brody playing the brother who just can't stay out of trouble, and Christensen playing his counterpoint, the brother trying to go clean who gets sucked in for one last ride.
It's not a terribly inspired plot, to be sure, but it does look like it could be fun. It has the requiste amount of car chases, gun fights and helicopter smashes to provide an entertaining evening.
The film is the English-language debut of Arminian director Sarik Andreasyan, and co-stars Akon and Jordana Brewster. No U.S. release date has been announced, but here's a trailer to give you an idea of what to expect.
