The folks over at JoBlo have some interesting ‘scoops’ on a few BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE details. Some word on Wonder Woman’s screentime/costume, some word on Bruce Wayne and the Batcave, some word on why Lex is all Lexy in this particular iteration.
It should be noted that JoBlo’s characterization of Lex more or less seems tocorrelate with some scoopage that I received a while back. Streamling these points: I was told Lex sees Superman’s destruction of Metropolis in MAN OF STEEL as a way of consolidating his own grip on the city’s recovery from the events of that film. As a way of steering people away from Superman appreciation by more or less maneuvering people into regarding Superman in the way the Transformers are perceived by humans in the Bay films. In essence, “Sure, he’s helping us out an all, but the cost of his help is too high and the danger in having him around is too huge…”
Will these leaks pan out in any way? We’ll find out when BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE opens May 2016.
