The HARRY POTTER books and films may have concluded, but the Universe they established captured the hearts and imagines of fans everywhere, and is still going strong. And while we may not be able to actually achieve any sort of magical effect by waving sticks and screaming “Expecto Patronum” at the top of our lungs, it still feels fun to do from time to time.
One of the most popular aspects of the world, the beloved game of Quidditch, has inspired athletes from across the country to form their own teams and adapt the game to Muggle limitations. Quidditch teams and leagues have been sprouting up all over the place over the past few years, and filmmaker Farzad Sangari set out to document the phenemonenon.
The first poster has been released for MUDBLOODS, which follows the UCLA Quidditch team as they compete in the World Cup.
The film will premiere at AFI Docs on June 21st, and is set for a VOD and limited theatrical release in October.
