Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with my chat with the legendary director Mr. Werner Herzog. You’ve probably noticed my enthusiasm for his film BAD LIEUTENANT: PORT OF CALL NEW ORLEANS which began at Telluride. I would call it his new film, but the dude has another film in the can already (MY SON, MY SON WHAT HAVE YE DONE? which also showed at Telluride).

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Boy oh boy do I love Werner Herzog's BAD LIEUTENANT: PORT OF CALL NEW ORLEANS. It's by far my favorite Nic Cage performance since ADAPTATION... and I might even like his work in this movie more than that one.

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here writing from up in the mountains of Colorado. I’ve seen some great films so far, but the hectic schedule has had me neglecting immediate write-ups. I’m in catch-up mode, writing between movies, but no matter how hard I tried to start with some movies from the last two days I just couldn’t… I just got out of THE BAD LIEUTENANT: PORT OF CALL NEW ORLEANS and that’s what I have to talk about.
