I am – Hercules!!
Melissa Leo, who almost won an Oscar for her role in “Frozen River,” has joined the cast of HBO’s “Treme,” the pilot about musicians in post-Katrina New Orleans from “The Wire” mastermind David Simon. She’ll play a civil rights lawyer.
Leo previously starred in NBC’s cop drama “Homicide: Life On The Street,” which was scripted in part by Simon and based on his book “Homicide: A Year On The Killing Streets.”
