Hey folks, Harry here... I saw this at the IMAX. If you want to see this - that is how to see it. It makes two action sequences pretty fucking amazing to just stare at. You won't really be emotionally involved because frankly, no character work has been done to make you feel involved. But for pure IMAGERY - there are two sequences that the IMAX experience makes unbelievable.

I know that food metaphors are the province of lazy movie reviewers. Check the archives of every critic you’ve ever read, and start in their nascent period, before they achieved full-fledged professional asshole status – you’ll see at least 1 or 2 reviews built around the substitution of cinema for eating. It’s where clichés like “Eye Candy” or “Comfort Food” come from, from tired people numbed by pretty, mindless crap being poured into their eyeballs.

Hey folks, Harry here, I'm getting a lot of people that want to know what I think of TRANSFORMERS 2. I haven't seen it yet. I didn't like the first one, but I had been really looking forward to this new one. And I am seeing it Tuesday in IMAX - so hopefully, it'll be better than the first, though certainly that isn't what the reviews are saying so far that we've gotten. Here they come:

We've been hearing fro a while that there would me "more robots" in TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN.
In a new interview with Variety, Scott Farrar, FALLEN's lead vfx supervisor, reveals exactly what "more robots" means.

ACTOYS (website HERE) has posted a rendering of Devastator from TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN. Current indications are that this gigantobot will be formed from seven smaller "Constructicons".

Michael Bay talked to Collider about numerous things, including his latent desire to expedite a "hostile takeover" of that site, how he got permission to shoot on the pyramids in Egypt, and whether or not he'd want to come back for a third TRANSFORMERS film.

Over the weekend, tf08.net posted toy images of the titular "Fallen" character from TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN.
I'd kinda presumed that the bigass unicycle bot seen at the end of the film's teaser (HERE) was "The Fallen." Evidently, this isn't the case.

It's Sideswipe, first indicated late last Summer when a Corvette concept car (depicting its vehicle/street mode) was spotted on the film's set.

The usually reliable tfw2005.com has received information regarding Devastator's purported appearance in TRANSFORMERS 2: REVENGE OF THE FALEN.
Seems he is in the film.
- Seven construction vehicles merge to form Devastator
- Devastator has lots of upper body strength, like a gorilla
- Not just green, some of the vehicles are red and yellow

As part of an ongoing promotion for TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN (so soon!?), Walmart has posted a few film related videos on a newly unveiled site.
Beyond introducing us to The Bayos Principle, the footage gives you a look at a few new vehicles we'll be seeing in the movie. There's also a funky ILM reel called "Creating Transformers" that's under the site's "Videos" tab,.
