The COLVERFIELD DVD is on its way (April 22), featuring two alternate endings to the movie.
Said alternate endings have now found their way to YouTube.
Pretty much variations on the conclusion used in CLOVERFIELD's theatrical release. There are some differences...but these follow the same idea.
Here they are!

Greetings! ScoreKeeper here with news straight from the mouth of the monster from CLOVERFIELD (2008).
No, not the gigantic creature that destroyed New York City. I’m talking about the monstrously talented composer Michael Giacchino who penned a groundbreaking overture played during the closing credits of the film. It’s an amazing composition which pays homage to the classic monster movie sound defined by legendary GODZILLA (1954) tunesmith Akira Ifukube.

Okay, to be very clear here, I rather liked CLOVERFIELD. It's far from a perfect movie...and there's some pretty dopey stuff in it to be sure. But I think it worked pretty well as a whole, and more or less nailed everything it set out to accomplish. It's solid work with some truly wonderful moments.

Hey, everyone. “Moriarty” here.
Hey, have you guys heard about this film called CLOVERFIELD? Evidently, it’s a giant monster movie that was shot like it’s all a handheld consumer camera in real-time while the things smashes up the city. Sounds cool. Now if only there were some sort of... marketing or something that might tell me when it’s coming out.

Hey, everyone. ”Moriarty” here.
I’ll have my own review of this one up in a little while, but for now, it’s our man in Chicago weighing in on the weekend’s biggest experiment...
Hey everyone. Capone in Chicago here.
You really have no idea what you're in for.

Hey, everyone. ”Moriarty” here.
This is the only one of these giant reader e-mail round-ups I’m going to post for CLOVERFIELD, but I wanted to give everyone in the inbox a chance to make their voice heard.
I’ve seen the film. I’ll post a review later tonight. Right now, I’m interested in reading this wide range of reactions before I start getting into my own.
Check out talkback superstar Messi with his take on it:

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Yes, I’ve seen the movie and yes it is good. But for the love of God I hope you guys lower your expectations.
It’s easy to get caught up in the hype of a movie, especially a film like CLOVERFIELD which has been marketed amazingly. The team at Bad Robot made this film an event and they’ll be rewarded with a huge box office tally, no doubt in my mind. The line at the theater was insane and that I’ve noticed that the movies that are that in-demand at the press/word of mouth screenings always do well that weekend.

LATAURO REVIEWS CLOVERFIELD
I've managed to avoid almost everything to do with CLOVERFIELD. Once I'd realised it was going to be An Event, I figured the best way to prime myself for it was to know as little as possible. Particularly if it was going to be one of those film that draws you in, and if the initial teaser with the hand-held party cam footage was anything to go by, it was.
But does it live up to itself?

Utterly Brilliant.
What is CLOVERFIELD?
For the past year or so, that’s been the question that everyone has been asking. Well… they also wanted to know: What was that trailer? What’s the name of this movie? Who are those actors? What is a SLUSHO? What does any of this mean?

Hey folks, Harry here... working on my DVD column - I got hit with some dire dreaded strain of some evil viral infection and have just come out of the haze of strange colored substances flung from me lungs... And I get to the computer to see... "CLOVERFIELD MONSTER ONLINE" and "PARAMOUNT SAYS HELLO BLU-RAY" --

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. The viral marketing for CLOVERFIELD is in its final stages now, 11 days prior to release. They're throwing a surprise party in New York on the 17th for the main character and if you want to go you need to RSVP via MySpace (CLICK HERE TO GO TO THE PAGE!).

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I like that we're all going into CLOVERFIELD without getting the whole movie in trailer and TV spot form beforehand. The newest TV spot that hit has precious little new footage, but just enough to not feel like a complete repeat. Give it a view below!

Hey folks, Harry here... This TV spot gives us a totally different LOOK at CLOVERFIELD - prior to this - pretty much everything we had seen had been shaky-cam, but here there's some elegant handheld stuff that also gives a fairly massive sense of scope. Like the bridge collapse - and the fighters through the city.. The more I see - the more I like... and don't we all hate Neil Cumpston. Bastard having seen this already!

Hey everyone. Capone in Chicago here, with my second CLOVERFIELD-related interview (after director Matt Reeves). So who the hell is Michael Stahl-David, and how did he get to be the star of the CLOVERFIELD?

Hey folks, Harry here with this 5 minutes of CLOVERFIELD. I'm dying of curiousity to see this film. If all plays out right, I should be seeing it pretty damn soon, pretty much what is shown here is essentially stuff we've seen in the two trailers - but with a context for how it goes together. Can't wait - we don't have long to wait now!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Contrary to what other sites claim, there is no exclusive on this below video. This was uploaded to the Japan Slusho server and has fanned out from there. It is totally awesome, though, so I can see the appeal in claiming it's yours to show the world.

Hey folks, Harry here - got the following brief review of CLOVERFIELD...
Just saw CLOVERFIELD in a small screening in NYC. IT WAS AWESOME!
I know - you want to know more. Join the fucking club! You also doubt the validity of the claim. Well, I checked with folks to see if it had indeed screened. It was at a Viacom in-house screening with unfinished visual fx.

Hey folks, Harry here... this is the perfect format to step frame by frame and gather what you can from the latest trailer for CLOVERFIELD, the J.J. Abrams produced creature feature. I can't wait to see this flick - and the context for what we're seeing in the trailers. I've heard from some folks that have actually seen CLOVERFIELD and they're very tight mouthed about what happens, but are thrilled by what did happen. Is 1-18-08 the new Christmas?

Hey folks, Harry here... Ya know... This particular non-title has been the most successfully playful film title to be a high profile geek intrigue... to get this far... without a title and with very little known.. is a bit remarkable. Heck, we don't even have a complete cast list yet. Crazy. However, in typical Untitled JJ Abrams Produced Project intrigue - the next trailer - that reveals the title... isn't in Glorious HD QUICKTIME... not yet. First - it is on prints of BEOWULF this weekend, and captured on a crappy camera phone and on YouTube... Here:

Merrick here...
Devin over at CHUD has seen the new CLOVERFIELD trailer, and has written about it.
Interestingly, the trailer appears to confirm many details previously revealed by AICN as well as many other sites...including the presence of mini-monsters in the film.

Merrick here...
This message pretty much speaks for itself.
While, clearly, this involves a touch of supposition and inference...the implication makes a lot of sense given JJ Abrams' level of overall Geekiness.
I was at ADAPT2007 in Montreal today (a fair where high-profile people come and speak about their work on movies, games and television) and Phil Tippett's (from Star Wars, Starship Troppers and Robocop fame to name a few) Tippet Studios are working on a very big hush-hush project with J.J. Abrams which he wouldn't name.
