Greetings! ScoreKeeper here shouting loudly from under a massive mountain of music for encouraging souls willing to help dig me out. The past few weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind as labels are scrambling to give away product to all you awesome Ain’t It Cool readers. Silly me for volunteering to assist them in their insanity.
Time to get these frakkin’ CDs out of here!

Greetings! ScoreKeeper here appeasing your craving for live scores by spotlighting an upcoming series of concerts led by Bear McCreary, composer for BATTLESTAR GALACTICA (2004-2009) and CAPRICA (2009). I had the distinct pleasure of attending a similar concert last year at the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles. It was truly a spectacular night of music and one that I will never forget. You can read about my escapades HERE.

Hey everyone. Capone in Chicago here, with the list of the lucky contest winners who get a nice, shiny new copy of the new CAPRICA DVD, set for release April 21. We had more than 300 entries, and I went through them all and plucked out the best answers (about 100 total), and then randomly selected these five names.

Hey everyone. Capone in Chicago here, venturing once again into the realm of Hercules' lair of all things Coaxial. And like anyone daring to enter his realm, you have to bring gifts to appease his Holiness. And I have just such gifts.

Earler this week, a wave of clips from CAPRICA was released and subsequently pulled.
As promised upon the banishment of the original footage, they have been replaced with new material - embedded below. A few clps are the same, but there's some new stuff as well.

Merrick again...
For reasons not entirely clear, these clips have been pulled. HOWEVER, I'm told they'll be replaced with new material by the end of the week. We'll let you know when the new material comes around...

Now that BATTLESTAR haas wrapped up, Universal & Syfy are beginning their push for CAPRICA.

The launch movie for CAPRICA (the long-awaited prequel series to BATTLESTAR GALACTICA) will arrive on DVD April 21. Presumably, it'll eventually be broadcast when the series itself ramps up on Sci Fi Channel. I've been curious about this one for a while, but became more intrigued by the clip below, recently posted on Sci Fi Channel's website.

“Caprica,” the long-written prequel pilot script dealing with Bill Adama’s lawyer daddy and the “inventor” of the Cylons, is going before the cameras this spring in Vancouver. Jeff Reiner directs the TV-movie, which could become a series, from a teleplay by Ron Moore and Remi Aubuchon.
