Well here is the latest in the TOY STORY 2 rumor mill. I can confirm the bits of spoiler stuff that Speakeasy has given us here, as those bits are in the script I read. Personally, I feel that TOY STORY 2 has a better story than even the original and may very well end up being one of those oh so rare cases of a film that surpasses the original in terms of coolness and quality. If successful it'll join: Bride of Frankenstein, Tarzan and his Mate, Godfather II, The Road Warrior and Empire Strikes Back as.... well being cool as hell. Let's hope!

Long, long time ago... I wrote you something but never said anything. Because of girl troubles, moving far away, etc. I was never ever to send you any info on Toy Story 2. But now, here is some new news...

From the land of the mouse... Toy Story2 to sounds to be shaping up well... John Lasseter is now heading the movie more than ever. After a whirlwind tour with Bug's Life, he has the time to put his hands in the mix more than ever... I know you read the original script, but I do not know if these things were included in it...

SPOILERS AHEAD!

1) Woody sold at garage sale. Becomes valuable collector's item because he still has his hat (very rare for his toy).

2) Large problem for Woody in the movie... to live for ever in a glass case or possibly fall apart and die... he is just a toy after all (a play off the first one with Woody and Buzz in flip-flop roles).

Hope this is new info for you... rumor is with Lasseter back in, the movie has become ten times better...
