TV Week Has Details Of THE OFFICE’s Super Bowl Sunday!!

I am – Hercules!!

According to TV week, the Super Bowl Sunday edition of "The Office" will deal with a roast of Michael Scott:

The roast of Mr. Scott will not be celebrity-driven, but producers are exploring the idea of incorporating some stunt casting into the project. However, the guest stars would be woven into the plotline in such a way as to not interfere with the carefully constructed world of the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin, a person familiar with the plotline said.

It’s expected the roast of Michael Scott will take place in the second half of the episode. Not surprisingly, Michael requests that his employees roast him.

The first half of the episode is expected to involve a “disaster” of some sort, one that’s linked to Dwight’s training as fire marshal.

Find all of TV Week’s story on the matter here.

Tonight:
“Surplus”
Oscar (Oscar Nunez) informs Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) that the office must spend a $4300 surplus or lose it in next year’s budget. When Michael opens up the floor for suggestions, factions break out and officemates square off against one another in order to get what they want. Meanwhile, Dwight (Rainn Wilson) takes Angela (Angela Kinsey) and Andy (Ed Helms) to Schrute Farms to work on their wedding plans.

Next week:
“Moroccan Christmas”
Phyllis’ (Phyllis Smith) Moroccan-themed holiday party goes up in flames when Meredith’s (Kate Flannery) hair catches on fire and Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) is forced to deal with the accident. Meanwhile, Dwight (Rainn Wilson) corners the market on the hottest toy of the Christmas season.
