Hey there folkerinos! Here's a pair of images from Dreamworks latest animated film, that'll be hitting this fall. Personally, I'm not a fan of this "Disney/Dreamworks" battle sort of thing. Ultimately the animators in both camps are friendly, it's merely the top guys that are in the pissing match. It's really quite silly, because they are both doing wonderful work. Though, it seems Warners has turned the corner in terms of animation. Word has it they might have signed Brad Bird to a long term animation deal (at least a multi picture thingee) which would ensure that THE IRON GIANT won't be his Last Warner Animated film. This is a good thing. Now if only this deal gave him complete autonomy so he could do RAY GUNN or THE SPIRIT (yeah that one, not the Dreamworks Horse flick) without any possible harrassments. Though... Warners has been pretty darn wonderful on the Animation front to Brad and the guys on OSMOSIS JONES... Maybe the disaister of THE QUEST FOR CAMELOT was a good learning experience.
