Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I wrote about this project when it was announced and thought it stood a chance at being good. Tim Allen stars and directs (his first time) in a story about an ex-con newly released from prison.

It's a comedy with the likes of Ray Liotta and Kelsey Grammer already attached. Now Jeanne Tripplehorn, JK Simmons and Sigourney Weaver have come on board. It'll mark a reunion for Weaver and Allen... let's hope it blesses the project and it has some GALAXY QUEST quality move over.

Weaver plays his manipulative older sister, Simmons her sarcastic husband and Tripplehorn his love interest, a single mother parole officer.

The cast is certainly there. Let's hope Allen pulls it off.
