Hey folks... Harry here. One initial fear that has arisen from Oliver Reed's unfortunate passing has been his part in GLADIATOR the upcoming Roman Gladiator movie featuring Russell Crowe and Oliver Reed as a Gladiator trainer.

Would he remain in the film, or would they pull a 'Sydney Pollack' on him and reshoot all his scenes with another actor. Well, according to the Malta Newspapers that are covering his story... Well... He had allegedly come very close to completing his role in the film, so it looks like he'll remain in the final print.

So it looks like we'll have at least one last film to have him woo all of us. Hazar, I say. Yesterday I bought a CURSE OF THE WEREWOLF one sheet to remember Reed by, and now Gladiator is even more exciting for me. I must see the legendary Oliver Reed's last role. I want to see him train the hell out of them huns. Kicking the shit out of them as we only thought we saw in Spartacus.

Sigh.... Though I wish I had another 30 upcoming films to see him in. Sigh.... Not fair.
