Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Warner Independent has a flick in the works called MAN WITHOUT A GUN. Why should you care? Well, COLLATERAL's Stuart Beattie wrote it and it's about the UN hostage negotiator that worked the late '80s Lebanese terrorist hostage crisis.

I like me my hostage negotiator movies and I really like Stuart Beattie's work so far...

Now WIP has set a fairly unknown director to helm the flick. Peter Travis' first big flick is the upcoming VANTAGE POINT, which stars Forest Whitaker and Matthew Fox. I guess it looks good or else he probably wouldn't have gotten this one.
