A few days back, we posted some images from this week's STAR TREK Remastered, which is returning after a break. You can see those pics HERE!

The upcoming episode is "The Galileo Seven" - in which Spock and some folks crash land their shuttle craft while exploring a quasar.

Here are several more remastered shots from the episode, which premieres this weekend. HERE's a newly updated list of stations carrying the show & airtimes. The list has changed a bit since the last round of episodes, so if you might wanna check it out.

I usually run "Original" -vs- "Remastered" images for pieces like this; I could find no "Original" shots that I felt matched either of the Remastered FX shots below.


The first image is of Enterprise heading towards quasar Murasaki 312. The original episode never showed the ship on-screen with the quasar - we only saw the phenomenon through the main viewer on the ships bridge.

The second shot is the shuttle over the planet. This is the first episode to actually feature a shuttle craft...transporters had been used to this point in the show.
