Chris McQuarrie really likes them war flicks... he's now penning the WW1 flick NO MAN'S LAND!!!
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Chris McQuarrie, writer of THE USUAL SUSPECTS and writer/director of the awesome and vastly underrated WAY OF THE GUN, has been on a rush lately. He penned a WW2 flick called VALKYRIE that Bryan Singer is directing and Tom Cruise is producing/starring in. And look above for new news on that project.
Now he's penning a film called NO MAN'S LAND, a WW1 movie. It will take 3 fictional characters that will illustrate why different European nations chose which side and will underline how much more brutal warfare got with the inclusion of tanks and machine guns.
McQuarrie's a helluva writer and I'm glad he's getting so much work. Spitfire and 2929 will fund. Thoughts?
