Fire & Rainn!!
Learn What’s In The Works As OFFICE Mate Wilson Hosts The Last SNL of Sweeps!!

I am – Hercules!!

Rainn Wilson, who played Creepy Arthur on “Six Feet Under” and the Harry Knowles character on “Entourage” - and now plays the oddly behaved Dwight Schrute on “The Office” - hosts tonight’s "Saturday Night Live."

Making tonight’s dress rehearsal? The first installment of "The Falconer" since May 2006!!!

We can also expect perhaps a cameo from one of Wilson’s “Office” mates. (The smart money, of course, is on Steve Carell, a associate of “SNL” since 1996 when he first played the Gary half of the Ambiguously Gay Duo.)

And of course, as the promos suggest, Nooni & Noni Schroner are likely to turn up.

Look! Press release!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

“OFFICE” STAR RAINN WILSON HOSTS “SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE” WITH MUSICAL GUEST THE ARCADE FIRE ON FEBRUARY 24

NEW YORK – February 20, 2007 – NBC's "Saturday Night Live"
welcomes one of the stars of the network's critically acclaimed and Emmy Award winning comedy "The Office," Rainn Wilson, with one of the most talked about bands of 2007 – The Arcade Fire – on February 24.

Wilson, who is known to millions as "Dwight Schrute" on NBC's Emmy-, SAG-, and Golden Globe-winning "The Office" alongside Steve Carell. Previously, Wilson was known for his work as Arthur Martin, the mortician's apprentice on HBO's Emmy Award-winning series "Six Feet Under."

Wilson transitions to a leading role in the Sundance Festival hit "The Last Mimzy" opposite Joely Richardson as a science teacher who gets caught up in a fantastical science-fiction ride when two of his students uncover a box of ultra-advanced toys with magical capabilities to bring
them into the future.

Previous credits include: "My Super Ex-Girlfriend" opposite Luke Wilson and Uma Thurman; "Sahara" with Matthew McConaughey, Steve Zahn, and Penelope Cruz; "Badasssss"; Steven Soderbergh's "Full Frontal"; Cameron Crowe's "Almost Famous"; "America's Sweethearts"; "House of 1,000 Corpses" and "Galaxy Quest." He has also guest-starred on "CSI," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "Dark Angel," and "Monk," and he co-starred in the TV movie "When Billy Beat Bobby."

Joining Wilson in their "SNL" debut is one of the most talked about bands of the last several years, Montreal's The Arcade Fire, who will perform selections from their eagerly anticipated sophomore release "Neon Bible."

The Arcade Fire topped countless best-of lists in 2004 upon the release of their universally acclaimed independently released debut "Funeral." The album garnered Grammy nominations and praise from across the critical spectrum – whether it was awarded a 9.7 review from Pitchfork Media or heralded as a band that "stormed into American onsciousness" by The New York Times. The follow-up, the forthcoming "Neon Bible," will arrive hotly anticipated on March 6 on the heels of the band's recent five-night sold out concert runs in New York City, London and Montreal.

"Saturday Night Live," is from SNL Studios in association with Broadway Video. The creator and executive producer is Lorne Michaels. Steve Higgins produces. Marci Klein and Mike Shoemaker are producers. Head writers are Seth Meyers, Paula Pell and Andrew Steele. Don Roy King
directs.
