Herc’s Seen Tonight’s HEROES 1.2!!
|
I saw “Heroes” 1.2 and 1.3 together in the same sitting a week ago so I’m having trouble remembering what happens in each. But here’s a few invisotext-cloaked notes from memory:
1) 1.2 and 1.3 make me like the series more than 1.1 did.
2) Japanese Nightcrawler demonstrates a new superpower this week, a superpower that German Nightcrawler does not possess.
3) We learn that Stripper Phoenix’s doppelganger can do much more complicated things than merely punish her tormentors.
4) We learn this week precisely when the atom bomb vamporizes Manhattan.
5) We get a bunch of new regulars this week, including Greg Grunberg as the telepathic cop, Clea DuVall as a hot blonde fed, and the “Everwood” girl from the tampon commercials as Mohinder’s dad’s superhot neighbor, who seems certain to quickly evolve into the cabdriver/scientist’s love interest.
6) We meet what is presumably the series’ biggest bad, a superpowered serial killer.
9 p.m. Monday. NBC.
