Hi, everyone. "Moriarty" here with some Rumblings From The Lab...

For those of you in the UK, this first bit won’t really seem like news at all, but they’re not airing this commercial in the U.S., and now that I’ve seen it, I can’t stop thinking about it. It’s the damnedest thing I’ve seen this month, even stranger than this, and for film fans, this sort of thing bears some discussion, especially since it’s becoming so incredibly persuasive.

Like I said... it may have played heavily in the UK, and it may not be new, but as I sit here waiting for my wife’s labor to kick in, it sure does fascinate me.

I’m also greatly amused by a music video that pays homage to John Carpenter’s THEY LIVE. Carpenter’s about to start shooting my episode of MASTERS OF HORROR on Wednesday, and we’ve been in touch frequently over the last week as we make last-minute preparations. As a result, the timing on this one just plain made me smile. Follow the link below and look for a video called "Into Your Eyes."
