Hi, everyone. "Moriarty" here with some Rumblings From The Lab...
If you’re in New York or Los Angeles, and you’re not able to get into a MATRIX: REVOLUTIONS or an ELF or a LOVE ACTUALLY screening tonight, or maybe if you just don’t feel like seeing one of the giant corporate behemoths, then I’d love to steer you towards a small French film that’s only playing in a few venues. Wellspring Pictures is taking a big chance with one of the most original and powerful horror films I’ve seen in recent memory, maybe the best horror film from any country since DEAD RINGERS.
Seriously... if you want to be challenged, and you want a film that has the brains to tackle difficult personal issues using transgressive and unforgettable imagery, then you owe it to yourself to check this one out.
