In addition to new “Buffy,” “24,” “Real World,” etc. etc., tonight brings us the season premiere of “The Shield."
FX sent us no tape to preview, but it’s one of Herc’s top 20 shows, and we’ve had a lot of requests for a talkback, so here’s the talkback.
