well, this has got be interested. NBC's advertised it like a wacky sitcom version of ER, something i was completely dreading. but this may be more along the lines of 'ed' than 'the single guy.'

I saw this derivative abomination of a pilot. The laughs are completely missing from this "comedy". Zack Braff may be the most vacant and boring actor on network tv.he was at least watchable in "Broken Hearts Club". John C. Mcginley and donald faison and sara chalke are all amiable, but they just have such g-d awful material. The half hour felt longer then any mini-series ever. It was trite and boring. I would rather watch "The Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeiffer" and "Tucker" marathons. "Scrubs" was my least favorite pilot and hopefully the first to get the ax.

Although it would probably get cancelled after three episodes. Good ol' Ted seems to have that effect on TV shows. Why he didn't win an Academy Award for "Revenge of the Nerds III: The Next Generation" I'll never know.

I cannot recommend Scrubs highly enough. I think it is a shame that the first series has not been released on DVD yet. If you want 22 minutes of belly laughs, chuckles and tears then this is the show to watch.
