Hey, that DD flick wasn't half bad.

But it wasn't half good either. Needed some dialogue besides the batman rip. But overall you can tell this guy had genuine love for the characters. So far the two best fan made films i've seen are the recent Duality movie and the older T.R.O.O.P.S., both using star wars characters.
I really like the intro

The intro was really cool, but the costumes just sucked. It made me cringe when daredevil revealed himself. What's with the fake muscles anyway?

Pretty dam cool I must say, alot of bucks though ($5000) for a teaser? Did have a bit of BATMANesque to it. Should grab some interest, who knows?

I don't know what's wrong with you, but I saw the closet with 3 friends, and we all loved it. It's a non-offensive, warm, light-hearted comedy. It's simple, and it's charming, and you walk out with a smile on your face. The rest of the audience loved it too. Everyone who came out of the theater waz saying good things.
I just read the real Daredevil script...

Oh my God it kicks ass. Harry was right in his review of the script. There may be a new draft by now, but the one I got from my friend was f***ing awesome. Johnson's script was brutal.

Its certainly a nice hobbist attempt at a super hero. However I'm not will to pay money to see a movie of that quality.

Five Mil is serious wonger! DD DID look a bit like the Flash and the Kingpin DID look a bit Dick Tracey-ish, but what the hell! It was fun. The fighting was more exciting than the stop-motion-esque robot-type moves in Batman. I particularly enjoyed the back-flips, too. Please stop calling for FM to pen a Daredevil-the-Movie script. He's a comic-book creator, not a script-writer. Any one in doubt should rewatch Robocop2.

Frank miller did not write Robocop 2...so stop saying he did...he may have originally done a story but it was then altered by probally more than 3 other people...he makes comic books and he made DD what he is today...he can write dialogue...id like to see what Brian Michael bendis could do with DD also...but supposedly there is already a script floating around...so...yeah...DD rules!

I was laughing throughout most of it. Reminds me of the Corman FF flick for sheer cheesiness. The atmosphere and action were like a parody of Burton's Batman. And they didn't even know that Kingpin was Kingpin, mis-naming him Cannonball! Yikes!
