Those half complete/wrecked robots in the second picture look totally cool! This pic seems to indicate that the film will be set in some kind of post-apocalyptic/ Blade-Runner kind of world... Has anyone else heard rumours about something called a "Flesh Fair" in the movie, and another sequence where robots fight to the death while observed by humans?

Apparently some people at the MIT screening were a good deal less than impressed by what they saw. I still have very high hopes for this. 'The Mummy Returns' was a ridiculously overpriced headache, and I expect the same from 'Pearl Harbour' and 'Jurassic Park 3'. Spielberg's got talent though, and Kubrick was not in the business of formulaic stupidity. I'm expecting something really special here. In other, extremely cool news, has anyone heard anything about 'Apocalypse Redux', the re-edit of 'Apocalypse Now' coming out this summer? Michael Ondaatje spoke with Walter Murch about it. It sounds fascinating, and will include over an hour of never seen footage. If 'A.I.' doesn't make history, then this most certainly will.
