Next Week's Episode is Much Better

The Paley Center audience howled with laughter during some of scenes in the final episode, me included, and I don't howl with laughter easily. Don't miss it. Oh, and George Hamilton doesn't return to the series, sorry to say.
The only question is...

...will it be preempted again?

I actually had an WSET employee call me back Monday morning after I left a message Saturday regarding when, or if they'd reschedule it. She said "from 10-10:15 they put up a scroll giving this information". The thing is, they didn't. And even if they had, which they didn't, there was no sense in airing it after repeats of two syndicated shows of rival networks and a twenty four year old episode of Gimme a Break. Local afiiliates jerk around their viewers just as much as the networks.

of the second season. There are whole scenes of this one that are just laugh out loud funny. And Chenoweth just nails it. Did send Herc a review when it aired over here in UK, but he obviously didn't like it. *sniffs* no problem, its okay *bursts into tears*

Maybe because it was antepenultimate? Antipenultimate just means second.

ABC was foolish to cancel it.

I'm fairly certain a good portion of Pushing Daisie fans, could care less about Ned, or his power. It's all about the aunts, Cod, and Itty Bitty.
On the long list of things...

Why would you even bother to address TITBAG? Just let him do his thing and the rest of us will have a conversation around him.

I'll address anyone. Sportos, Motorheads, Geeks, Sluts, Bloods, Wastoids, Dweebies, Dickheads, and even Titbags. I don't discriminate.
Anyone notice...

...that the word penultimate is particularly en vouge these days? It's like people learned it all of a sudden and now it's everywhere. It's like how fast food restaurants latch on to whatever is new: one has angus beef, suddenly you see angus beef everywhere. One starts using chipolte, everyone's got it. "Penultimate" is the panini bread of entertainment writing.

and it's the recent outcry over "pentultimate", "antepentultimate", "megapentultamate" and "orgasmonialpentultimate" that had me make that ill-received snarky remark. I cared not if it was used correctly, incorrectly, or in conjunction with a rope in the closet of a celebrity's hotel room. I was just pretty hopped up on vicodin (and somewhat still am) from my recently demolished leg and decided being a cuntrag on the internet was the most clever thing I could ever do. Ever. In the history of both cuntraggery and clever things.

Guess talkback doesn't like retardedly long titles. That said, the lame title to my above post I actually wrote read:

Pentiultimate and it's "Ante", "Sub-ante", "Octo-ante", "Jon and Kate and the Other Woman and Her New Lawyer Plus Eight-ante", "Proto-Ante" and "Cool Ranch" flavors

I get some pretty huge laughs on the Heroes Eps that Fuller doesn't write. Just a different sort of laughter.

Pushing Dasies was one of the better shows to come along. Even though it slowed down a bit in the 2nd series, it's a pity that it was closed down. As a result, next week's episode is kind of crap as they try to tie everything up in a rush job
How sad it it...

I have not heard it more in recent days than in the past. It's not an unusual word and if you believe it is, you need to read a little more.

I can't believe it's almost gone forever. HBO or Showtime needs to touch this series and bring it back to live. Pushing Daisies was the most entertaining, heartwarming television show I've ever had the pleasure of watching. Shame on the network, they're fucking idiots.

Last night's disappointed me just because was hoping for some resolution on the Emerson/Penny front. Seeing her in a car driving away and smiling isn't nearly enough, since I know with 1 episode left, that's all we're gonna get. But I get that they didn't know that when they wrote it. Oh well, I'm gonna miss this show SO much. And would it kill ABC to admit that next week's episode is the series finale? That "On the next new episode" BS left a bitter taste in my mouth at the end of a show that usually leaves me grinning from ear to ear.
MUCH stronger*

Lovecraftfan, in saying it was going out badly I was refering to the end of the last episode, which I have already seen. It is finished up in a very botchy way. I will bet that after seeing it, you will agree.
The ending is kinda weird

its rushed enough to not be completely satisfying, but still done well enough to be anti-climatic. It almost makes me wish they'd left it on a cliffhanger...almost.
As much as I loved the 1st season, the show grew stale.

I haven't enjoyed the second season nearly as much. Mostly because they left off much of the romance between the Pie Maker and Chuck in favor of the capers. And the truth is, the capers aren't all that well executed. It's a stylish show with a very specifc energy and rhythm, but that isn't enough to make the show a keeper. I really loved the first season though. It's one of my favorite seasons of TV ever.
