CineFile on Santa Monica Blvd in L.A., right near the 405 overpass and not far from the Santa Monica city line. There's a cool little cinema not far from it too. I hear CineFile is a great store but I rarely patronized it since I lived in east Hollywood which as everyone knows is about a freaking HOUR from that part of the city during rush hour. I once spent 2 hours driving from Hollywood to the Santa Monica pier. Not fun.

The actors got paid. That was what the $200,000 was for - renting equipment, permits and paying the actors. The $20 goes to Jason and Marianna because they, as producers, have to send the money to the production company to gain the money back. If it's purchased by other means, than they only get half and the distributer gets half.
