I hate the way all the film companies have figured out how to 'work' websites like this. You do a slow drip feed of info (casting etc - remember how Batman Begins had about 29 casting announcements?) then the drip feeding continues with them showing 'footage' from the film - sometimes up to 6 months before the thing freaking comes out! This means they get loads of coverage, but we hardly ever hear the answer to the big question: WHAT IS THE FILM LIKE?

If I know my America like I think I do, I'm guessing this actually happened. And as a bi guy (98% straight, 2% open-minded when very drunk), I'll admit I often find flagrantly gay people a nuisance to be around. How anyone can be UP and perky for that long boggles the mind! However, if you guys find the concept of two grown men fucking vomit-inducing, then maybe it'll pay to watch this movie. Just pulled out the old DVD's over the weekend to whet my appetite for the Bruno flick. This guy is golden. How he holds a straight face while people just play right into his hands, probably far beyond his wildest dreams, is amazing. although, i will say that some of my favorite moments are when you can tell he is definitely on the verge of losing it: On the show, when Bruno is interviewing a medium, and asks him to get ahold of Gianni Versace's spirit. Bruno asks the medium to ask Versace for a kiss, and proceeds to make out with the air for a minute or two, and you can see he's about to lose it several times. Also, in the Borat movie, when he's taking the driving course, and the man begins explaining to Borat that folks are not allowed to drive with alcohol, or that women have the right to choose who they have sex with. Also about to lose it in this scene. The guy is a great actor, and has a brilliant sense of humor.

...I grew up in a small town in Mississipi and consider myself a country boy cause that's how I grew up. I like to fish and camp and hunt sometimes, and just generally be outdoors.
